Dining at The Gin Trap
Land, shore and sea
Located at the heart of Ringstead, North Norfolk, we sit just a few miles from the coastline. Our kitchen team strive to create an innovative menu that champions the bounty available on our doorstep. We celebrate British produce and wherever possible source locally whether from the land, the shore or the sea.
Food at the Gin Trap
Here at The Gin Trap we care about provenance. We are lucky to live on the coast with all the beautiful produce available to us and also in the fertile lands of the country’s bread basket. We have developed relationships with the best suppliers in the country to keep consistency of quality. We will highlight what’s on our doorstep and will occasionally travel further away to ensure we constantly delight our guests.
